Bu politika, RiskAsistan WhatsApp botuna gönderdiğiniz mesaj, dosya ve hizmet kayıtlarının işlenmesini açıklar. RiskAsistan Suite, Telegram MiniApp ve Google Sheets işlemleri için genel gizlilik politikası da geçerlidir.

İşlenen veriler ve amaçlar
Telefon numarası, profil adı, mesaj ve işlem bilgileri; kullanıcıyı tanımak, lisans/yetkiyi kontrol etmek, istenen İSG analizi veya DÖF işlemini yürütmek ve yanıt göndermek için işlenir. Gönderdiğiniz dosyadan gerekli metin ve görsel bilgiler okunabilir.
Veriler hizmet sözleşmesinin yürütülmesi, ilgili hukuki yükümlülükler ve ölçülü güvenlik menfaati kapsamında değerlendirilir. Gerekmeyen kimlik, sağlık veya başka hassas bilgileri göndermeyin.
Belge ve rapor saklama
Gönderdiğiniz dosyalar, belge inceleme kanıtları ve kaydettiğiniz raporlar çalışma alanında saklanabilir. İşlemin tamamlanması kaynak dosyanın hemen silindiğini göstermez. Geçici kopyaların temizlenmesi kayıtlı belge ve raporların da silindiği anlamına gelmez.
Saklama ve silme; hizmet amacı, işveren talimatı, geçerli yükümlülükler ve talep edilen kaydın türüne göre değerlendirilir. Hesap kapatma tüm firma kayıtlarının silinmesiyle aynı işlem değildir.
Hizmet alıcıları ve yurt dışı aktarım
Mesajlar WhatsApp/Meta altyapısından geçer. İstediğiniz analizin gerekli içeriği Google/Gemini, Groq ve NVIDIA hizmetlerine gönderilebilir. Google/Gemini için ara bağlantı kullanılabilir. Filtreler bazı bilgileri azaltır; her içerik bütünüyle anonim değildir.
Yurt dışında bulunan hizmet sistemlerine aktarımda KVKK’nın 9. maddesi şartları ayrıca değerlendirilmelidir. Bu sayfayı okumak veya site çerezlerini kabul etmek tüm aktarımlar için genel izin oluşturmaz. Sağlayıcıların kendi saklama kuralları geçerlidir.
Haklar, güvenlik ve başvuru
KVKK’nın 11. maddesi kapsamında bilgi, erişim, düzeltme, şartları oluştuğunda silme ve alıcılara bildirim, yalnız otomatik analizden doğan aleyhte sonuca itiraz ve hukuka aykırı işleme zararının giderilmesini isteyebilirsiniz. Başvurular için [email protected] adresine ilgili hesap ve kayıt bilgisini yazın; gizli giriş bilgisi göndermeyin.
Başvurular kimlik ve kapsam kontrolüyle en geç 30 gün içinde yanıtlanır. Belge erişimi, firma kapsamı ve yetki kontrolleriyle sınırlıdır. WhatsApp içindeki kendi veri ve yedek yönetimi ayrıca Meta/WhatsApp koşullarına tabidir.

Scope and contact
Data controller and site identity
This notice explains processing of messages, files and service records sent to the RiskAsistan WhatsApp bot. The general privacy policy also covers RiskAsistan Suite, Telegram MiniApp and Google Sheets operations.

Data and purposes
Phone number, profile name, messages and operation details are processed to identify the user, check licensing and permissions, perform the requested safety analysis or corrective and preventive action, and return a response. Necessary text and image information may be extracted from files you send.
Processing is assessed in the context of service performance, applicable legal duties and proportionate security interests. Do not send unnecessary identity, health or other sensitive information.
Document and report retention
Files you send, document review evidence and reports you save may be saved in your workspace. Completion of processing does not mean that the source file is immediately deleted. Clearing temporary copies does not also erase saved documents and reports.
Retention and erasure depend on the service purpose, employer instructions, applicable obligations and record type. Closing an account is not the same as erasing every organisation record.
Service recipients and international transfers
Messages pass through WhatsApp/Meta infrastructure. Necessary content for the analysis you request may be sent to Google/Gemini, Groq and NVIDIA services. Google/Gemini may be reached through an intermediary connection. Filters reduce some information; not all content is fully anonymous.
Transfers to service systems abroad require a separate assessment of the conditions in Article 9 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law. Reading this page or accepting site cookies is not blanket permission for every transfer. Providers have their own retention rules.
Rights, security and requests
Under Article 11 you may request information, access, correction, erasure and recipient notification where conditions are met, object to adverse results based solely on automated analysis and seek compensation for unlawful processing. Send relevant account and record details to [email protected]; do not send secret sign-in credentials.
Requests are answered within 30 days following identity and scope checks. Document access is limited by organisation scope and permissions. Data and backup management within WhatsApp is also governed by Meta/WhatsApp terms.
